cPanel Newbie - TRIAL

Currently been using VHCS, Which was setup by the VPS management, However lack of DNS Control and other features made me test out cPanel.

Got a 15 Day License, Installed,

Simply SSH'd in, Did the WGET thing, Did all what it said, It completed the install.

Now, When I go to complete the install,

http://91.186.10.103:2086 I get a popup asking me to download a file, Yet all the guides on the forums say, It should ask you to accept term..?

What am I doing wrong, and How can I fix it, Iv run, /scripts/upcp --force and that seems to be fiddling with SQL and stuff;

Please submit a ticket through the cPanel store account you created when you acquired your test license. If this is your first time submitting a ticket, simply login to your store account and move your mouse over "Contact Us" and click the link to submit a support ticket.
