The only people who can answer that question are cPanel staff. Why not ask them direct?

    Go on, have a guess
No, Izzee is correct. If you want to ask cPanel a question, ask them using their contact details. Feel free to post any reply here.

Well I had quick reply from Cpanel (Dave) and here it is...

    "Murtaza,
We are also on the edge of our seats for the upcoming release of cPanel for windows. We don't have an exact date set for release but we do hope to be able to release it sometime during the third quarter of 2006. We are trying hard to release it as soon as we can but we need appropriate time for testing and revisions so that we can launch the best quality of product possible. Thank you for your patience"

Seems we have long way to go..

im glad the cPanel staff are waiting to test it fully and find all the security loop holes first and fix them and make it a safe product, unlike windows itself just remember of windows 98.

however i favor windows to linux as im so used to it and windows is everywhere. Thats why im looking forward to the windows version and wish it all the luck

Thanks Murtaza for coming back with the cPanel reply. Now anyone doing a search about this issue will see your posts, hopefully.

AFAIUI this upcoming windoze version is for windoze servers as you can use cPanel and WHM on your Windoze PC now no matter the flavour - 98, 2000, XP and Uncle Tom Cobblers and all. ;)

I don't know whether cPanel can find a factory big enough to produce enough bandaids to patch up all the holes though. :D

No disrespects to cPanel but they are not known to keep, even closely, to schedules. So it might be an even longer wait than you might expect. But 'nix freaks won't be phased about that, NQOCD ;).

    :)
