I have major problem with my customers, I have hosting business for many years, but even with dropped prices customers are leaving.
99% of them say Godaddy is cheaper, options are the same for what we need.

So my question is will Cpanel finally offer something great for newbie customers or we will still have the same product ?
I need to offer customers something better but EASY to use as most of them are clueless about hosting, but they need to like it.
Its not possible to maintain services with Cpanel cost for each server and not offering customers anything special.
They all will just move to godaddy.

Given the information you provided, it sounds like you want to set your cPanel offering apart from that offered by other hosting companies. One great way to do this is through plugins for cPanel/WHM. I maintain a list of these at:

If you are just looking to remove icons from the cPanel interface for certain hosting packages (such as those targeted to novice customers), I recommend using Feature Manager, which you can learn more about at:

    Feature Manager

If you can elaborate further on what you mean by "something great for newbie customers," that would be very helpful in letting us implement what you are looking for.
