The question I have is how can you edit or change the "no website configured" screen. The problem is when I change a websites ip address until the DNS propagates you see that cpanel screen. Is there a way to change the"no website configured" for a specific IP?

The same thing happens with my Server main IP (since it is the server whm does not let you set a website there so when you go it it says no website configured). I would rather at least change that to something nicer and custimised... but ideally I'd like to be able to change it for each IP so if you move a site to a new IP (the old ip no longer has a site) and it goes to no website configured.. but like to say Scheduled maintenance for etc.

    Thank you

And if anyone knows the ideal ttl settings when you switch a websites ip to speed up the switch...
