SOLVED cPanel password security code

Hi
I am trying to change the password for cpanel user account. The username and email are correct[verified from command line]. Once I enter username and email in reset page, it says security code has been sent to the contact email address[confirmed with notification from back end] but I never receive the email. Can somebody let me know how to get the security code from back end?

Hey there! There isn't a way to do that as that would be a serious security issue. Can you not just reset their password from the WHM interface so the user can log in and then they can change their password to whatever they wish?
