cPanel PHP Plugin add cPanel Style

So I generated a cPanel Plugin file, that worked fine and the plugin shows in cPanel.

It's a PHP Plugin (PHP is my stronger point over Perl).

How would I make it look like cPanel's Paper Lantern theme, and not just a white page with text on.

Apologies if my question is a tad bit vague, and the same if this is in the wrong category.
