cPanel, which provides the web hosting industry with software that automates the workings of web servers, plans to release a series of webinars. Web hosts who use cPanel to power their operations, as well as potential customers, can benefit from participating in cPanel's upcoming webinars.

cPanel’s goal in this webinar effort is to interact on a regular and more direct level with customers. The webinars provide a real-time venue in which web hosts can get answers to questions and gain inside industry knowledge from the entire cPanel team.

The webinar series kicked off in February with the "11.25 Unveiled" episode. This webinar gave an overview of the security and productivity enhancements inherent to cPanel version 11.25. In addition to explaining the new features in cPanel 11.25, the presentation provided participants with information regarding cPanel's future directions. A full question-and-answer session at the end of the webinar allowed participants to ask any relevant questions and have them answered by members of the cPanel development, technical, and quality assurance teams.

"We believe that webinars are a another great way for cPanel to provide information to, and more importantly, get feedback from, our customers," said Eric Gregory, Executive Account Manager at cPanel. Future webinar topics will include material ranging from product roadmaps and overviews to ways to increase your hosting company's revenue using cPanel.

Further information on cPanel's upcoming webinar series, as well as slides and a full recording of the "cPanel 11.25 Unveiled" presentation, can be found here:
