    Very Smart idea because :

1 - Google servers will handle stats instead of our servers ( decrease CPU load)
2 - Very attractive as marketing promotional stuff to bring new cutomers
3 - Great if google offer some $$ affiliate to make extra money when our customers open account on google analytics .

I know that HostGator integrate it ? any Cpanel plugin available to do this ?

    Many thanks

That plugin is for Google Apps Email, and not Google Analytics. Integrating Google Analytics required adding code to every site file, and Hostgator's cPanel icon either adds the code to each file, or it creates something like a footer for every page with the tracking code.

    It is a proprietary plugin.
