Cpanel Pro Issue

    Ok, well we really love the support ticket feature as it works well with our setups. We discovered today though, that even though Resellers set up their support section to work in their WHM, their customers are being redirected to whatever the master says. This is bad for us being anonymous to the majority of our Resellers customers. Please look into this Nick.

    Yes, This will become an issue. I see how it could cause huge problems.

    Hope something comes out to fix it. :)

    I suspect this has to do more with the software design w/o consider resellers rather than an actual bug. But yes, it can be an issue. So we have it disabled on our reseller servers. No way we are going to help answer support tickets for our resellers for one.
