CPanel Pro support requests

    Hello, I want to develop my own ticket support system and tie it via the "submit support request" option of Cpanel. Since I couldn't find any info on the CPanel Pro API I wanted to ask if somebody knows how to at least authenticate the user automatically. My idea is to redirect the user to my own URL where the ticket system will be but I don't want them to login again, but rather use the login information from CPanel. Any ideas how this could be done? If it matters I will be using PHP for the support system.
