I went into featuer manager and edited the default package that I setup accounts with to turn off the stupid "Support System Submission", but when I login to a cPanel that's setup with that package it's still there. How can I get it to go away? When I click on it, it just says it's disabled...

Uncheck it from the list under the "Disabled" list in Feature Manager.

If you used emacs to edit the config file (I forget its name, sorry), delete the backup file named whatever~. When I tried to back Pro out, I found it was still seeing the backup file and that same support entry kept showing up until I did this.

I did that but it's still there. Oh, and I don't use emacs...
