cPanel problem in Transfer

    Hi

    When i try to Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server i am getting the error

    Main >> Transfers >> Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server

    When provided the username and password i am getting the error password:shcmdpermissionden

    HI

    I have even opened the ticket but waiting for the reply for such a long time, this is the first time i am seeing cpanel taking such a long time to respond for the issue

    The problem appears to be that SSH connectivity fails between the new server and the old server. In order for the transfer to work, the new server must be able to login to the old server via SSH; this is where the problem is at, with SSH connectivity between the two servers involved.

    Custom firewall rules often are a culprit in preventing proper SSH connectivity between two systems such as in this case; this may be a good starting point. If the firewalls have been disabled and SSH connectivity cannot be established between both systems, I recommend escalating the issue to your on-site network engineering personnel to investigate further.
