Cpanel problem

Okay so I bought this script and I installed a firewall, DoS Deflate X, and a few other things I forget exaclty what but now my cpanel doesn't work. I can login via ssh and ftp I can also view the sites just fine. I was wondering what you think I should do to get cpanel to work again? Thanks
