    Hi All,
Right now I only have one cPanel instance running on my VPS. I have more to do but I can't go ahead because that 1 account is not showing up...

    1. This account is not listed in 'List Accounts' in WHM
    2. I can't access it through its own cPanel
    3. I can't access it through its domain address... it tells me there is no website configured to that address.

What are some tests I can run to figure out what's going on...?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi again JHC..

check the entries in the file

    /etc/trueuserdomains (something like that)

If the entry for the domain is missing then add it and voila the domain will be listed under the WHM.

    Thanks for your help Dino.

I checked the file you just mentioned and both the domain and its user were listed there. I also tried some other files in the same area and they had the right domain and the right user...

    Any other thoughts?

It is fixed now. I received assistance from my provider and their answer was that the upgrade broke some settings and they just fixed them. (I know it wasn't much of an answer but I guess since it is fixed...)

    Thanks.
