cPanel Redirect Adds Trailing Slash

In cPanel 11.25.0-R43286, new redirects are adding trailing forward slashes to directories and redirect URLs. Everything worked great before we upgraded to 11.25. Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone have a fix?

Steps to reproduce: Permanent Redirect (301); Redirect with or without www; no Wild Card Redirect
