I like to modify /usr/local/cpanel/etc/awstats.conf to add a skiphosts line.
The problem is that very regularly, cPanel overwrites this file.
I've tried chmod -w but this doesn't make any difference.
I've tried chattr -i but my system doesn't seem to support this command.
Is there anywhere else I can put global awstats configuration options?
(Or any way of stopping cPanel overwriting this file?)
thanks
Rob
