Yes, simply go to WHM -> cPanel -> Upgrade to Latest Version and check Force a reinstall even if the system is update to date. then click Click to Upgrade.

Did my account hosting and files not lose? I have some error in apache and php, I want to reinstall Cpanel but still keep my customers's 80 GB files in HDD. Pls show me the safe way to do it. Thank you very much. I use Co-location, and I can't backup files into another HDD.

Re-installing cPanel/WHM will typically not affect customer data unless you have performed manual modifications to our software.
