Hi,

I have a user limited to 10,000 MB Disk and 100,000 MB Bandwidth with overselling permitted. Reseller account is actually using more than (in real disk space and bandwidth) this but it has not triggered any restrictions. Any suggestions?

Hello :)

Per our documentation:

If overselling is allowed and you allocate 500 MB of disk space to the reseller, he may still set up disk quotas of 300 MB each for 2 users. Combined, they will be able to use 600 MB; however, when their combined disk space usage exceeds 500 MB, the reseller will no longer be able to add new accounts.

Resource limits will only work for accounts assigned to packages. If an account is not assigned to a hosting package, resource limits will not apply. If you wish to limit resellers in this way, you will need to require them to assign all their accounts to a package. You can do this by making sure to deselect all Super Privs in the Feature List for the reseller.

Thus, this reseller should not be able to add new accounts. You may want to contact the reseller to let them know they are utilizing more resources than allotted, or disable overselling for their reseller account.

Thank you.
