My server has been running fine for months and months, nothing has changed configuration wise and Apache is restarting every 5 minutes. I can't for the life of me figure out why. The Web server is serving up pages fine.
The message refers to APC
Here is the Email getting sent from Cpanel.

Service Check Method: [tcp connect]
Failure Reason: Service check failed to completewww: [HTT != APC]
In Apache error_log the ONLY errors are from apache Restarting over and over again.
