My server has been running fine for months and months, nothing has changed configuration wise and Apache is restarting every 5 minutes. I can't for the life of me figure out why. The Web server is serving up pages fine.

    The message refers to APC

Here is the Email getting sent from Cpanel.
www failed @ Mon Dec 21 08:49:14 2009. A restart was attempted automagically.
    Service Check Method: [tcp connect]

Failure Reason: Service check failed to completewww: [HTT != APC]

In Apache error_log the ONLY errors are from apache Restarting over and over again.

I just checked mine and both are doing this also, but mine are just over an hour apart.

    SIGUSR1 received. Doing graceful restart

Does not seem to hurt the operation of the server, and the Apache Status page shows the server has been up. This is confusing.
