    Ok here is my situation

I been backing up the files from the backup section quite regularly
    Go to backup
I download Home, SQL and Filter and Aliases to my Computer

Today I had a problem and decided to restore the files

I uploaded my home file works fine
I uploaded my SQL file that is only 1.8mb seems to work
I associated my sql user with my database

I get my blog back but everything is missing as in posts, comments etc, if I go into PHP admin i see my database but no tables

I also noticed that the database file doesnt seem to be as big as the one I restored.

Whats up? Host company isnt helping at all

open a copy of the backed up sql file for your blog DB in a hgood text editor like textpad and look in it for your content

You should see table names and the content, the posts etc - If you dont see the content in the backup that explains why your DB is empty
