Cpanel return 404 when I try to use the urls domain.ext/cpanel and domain.ext/webmail

I am running a web server using "CloudLinux Server release 6.4" with installed the CPanel 11.38.2.7.

The problem is that suddenly, the server stoped serving the CPanel pages, such as the webmail and the cpanel. When some of my clients trying to access some of these pages, gets as a result a 404 page.

In my httpd.conf file the following lines are in place, so I cannot determine the reason why I cannot access the cpanel/webmail urls.
