cPanel says running out of disk space even with Free Space

I had been facing a nasty error message from cPanel ,

Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

First I had only 1Go of free space from 10Go, this is why this happened ,
but then I updated my VPS to 40Go, but still I'm facing this same issue.

Kindly help me solve this problem, I've been smacking my head on the internet since 5hours now, and couldn't find the fix for this.

NB: Yes I did try :
# /scripts/upcp
# touch /var/cpanel/disablestatfs
