cPanel Security Certificate Problem

I am trying to renew a cpanel.domain.com security certificate for WHM/Cpanel, but after installing it, it continues to report that it has expired.

https://cpanel.domain.com:2087/

I purchased the certificate from XRamp, who do not respond to my queries.

I have tried reinstalling the certificate, and receive this message but still reports expired.

Attempting to verify your certificate..... Cerificate verification passed!
Verifcation Result [/C=AU/ST=Victoria/L=Melbourne/O=RIPEFRUIT PTY LTD/CN=cpanel.domain.com]
Updating Certificate Only!
Finished Install Process..

All idea's or suggestions greatly appreciated!
