When going to the "buy online" screen I have to give an IP address of the server. The problem is I was planning on building it at my office then sending it to a collocation facility. How can I do this? Am I required to get the collocation IP first, send the server there physically and then set up cPanel remotely? This worries me since I am not an export at Linux (which is the OS I plan on using) and have fears of being stuck with a non-functional server at some distant location because I was forced to set this up remotely. I am learning all this as I go and usually quickly adapt and learn computer related material so please bare with me 
Do I have any options? Can I give a static IP and then change the IP / location of the server later while keeping cPanel on the same physical machine? If the answer is no, what happens if someone needs to change colo facilities? They would need to pay for a new contract?
