    Hello,

Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Do you notice any output to /var/log/exim_mainlog or /var/log/exim_rejectlog when the SMTP connection attempt fails?

    Thank you.

I'm not seeing much from the log output that would help to diagnose the issue. Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

After long time checking, figure it out that smtp connection is slow and the phpmailer timeout.

Disabled "Introduce a delay into the SMTP transaction for unknown hosts and messages detected as spam.", can not fixed.

is that a DNS problem? Any Idea.

    regards,
    andy

    Hello,

Typically, a DNS issue would not result in the slowness. We're happy to take a closer look at the affected system to see what's happening if you'd like to open a support ticket.

    Thanks!
