cPanel space and BW calculation BIG Problems!

there is big problems with cpanel/whm that any reseller can create accounts with unlimited space and bw!

First of all, please see these two pictures:

Problem #1:
in list users (please see quota and usage)

Problem #2:
Unlimited space and bw!

and this is Unlimited Disk space usage even if reseller is limited!!

cPanel is the first unlimited space inventor
