cpanel status emails

I've got cpanel installed on a new FC5 box, and this is the first time i've hit this issue:

I'm not getting any cpanel status emails... no upcp/cpbackup/new accounts etc. Nothing is hitting the exim_maillog when i run the cpbackup script manually, or create an account...

Nothing useful in cpanel's error_log either..

Anyone got any ideas?
