Cpanel stopping Urchin

I have disabled Urchin in Cpanel as the customer wants to administer this himself. I'm curious as to what's killing Urchin here and if this can be stopped.

Guess I'll submit a ticket for this? :s thought maybe someone would know

any progress on this? my cpanel came out without urchin and i installed it myself. no i am seeing this... besides the newly created profiles (probably created by cpanel itself) does not work - i have to delete them and re-add them manually
