When selecting PRODUCTS within the Market Provider Manager I get the following error;

API failure: (XID gvtnq6) 1 error occurred: Error #1: The cPanel Store returned an error (X::ItemNotFound) in response to the request “GET products/cpanel/2?version=11.60.0”: No Products Found

Hello,

This error message is presented when your license provider has disabled cPanel Store functions. You will need to consult with your license provider if you'd like more information about their decision to disable the functionality.

We have an internal case open, CPANEL-9482, to ensure a more precise error message is presented to customers under this scenario. There's no time frame to provide on this case at this time, but I'll update this thread with more information on the status of this case as it becomes available.

Update 07-31-2018: The error message is improved as of cPanel & WHM version 74.
