first try to delete to no avail

The account has 1200 addon domains and has tons of files.

Then I delete most of the files manually using simple rm -rf *

Now I try to terminate an account again.

This time it stuc at removing user and group.

    It's still stuck till now.

I have no idea how removing user and group can take that long. What is cpanel doing

What is in the cpanel log files. Have you deleted the user/group entry from the passwd/group file manually?

    Cpanel terminate error

when i run cpanel error occurs
    the error log are :

    rcs: /etc/userdomains,v: can't remove locked revision 1.6
    proftpd: no process killed
    proftpd: no process killed
    root@host [/usr/local/cpanel/logs]#

Because I do not know how to unlock it I just reboot the server.

Now my user_domains,v is corrupt. how i can remove the corrupt? It's filled with lines that should have been deleted.

    - porn site URLs removed -

all like these 2400 pieces. I created a user with the exact same username and delete it again. Yet those lines are not deleted. Are those dangerous?

What is the role of /etc/userdomains,v anyway?
