I want to create a sub domain for an account located in a different cPanel server. The example goes as follow:

I hosted the website example.com on my cPanel server,
and I want to create a sub domain test.example.com in a different cPanel account,
    even with:

Allow cPanel users to create subdomains across accounts ON
Allow WHM users to create subdomains across accounts ON
    Allow Remote Domains ON

I do not see where I can add this information.

Add test.example.com as a seperate account from WHM with Create A new Account option and that will create a seperate cpanel for the subdomain with the all functionalities.

The problem within Create A new Account is because we use a share DNS, so if I do this option, this will subscribe all my DNS records for example.com.
