Um tring to send a "Ultra Priority Support!" ticket

but i get an error on the 3rd setup(write the ticket step1,provide logins step2, send the ticket)

so let me when this is fixed so i can send a ticket.

Posting here won't help, unfortunately. If you get no joy with their online forms then you'll have to resort to phoning them.

i was able to send a ticket.. the system didnt like something in the message.. so i failed. i guess the system does not like it when you post a log file...

the problem is not really fixed but it still works.. so ill keep it that way untl it becomes a problem..
