Typically in this situation I recommend clearing your cache and trying again. If it doesn't work this time, drop me an email to
Support & Customer Service | cPanel, Inc. and include the IP address your browser is connecting from (not the server IP address) and reference this thread. That will allow me to compile all of this information to send off to our admins.
If you don't know your PC's IP address, you can retrieve this information by visiting a website such as:
www.WhatIsMyIP.com
Additionally if the support issue is urgent, send a separate email to
Support & Customer Service | cPanel, Inc. with pertinent information regarding the issue you are experiencing and we can forward that into our ticket system.
