cPanel Support ticket system not working?

Cpanel support system is parsing a 500 internal server error at step 4 today when I try to open a support ticket ~~ :eek:

What URL are you encountering this issue on and how are you attempting to submit a ticket (directly via tickets.cpanel.net or coming from the cPanel Store or Manage2?)

Also, what web browser/OS are you using to access the website?

Typically in this situation I recommend clearing your cache and trying again. If it doesn't work this time, drop me an email to Support & Customer Service | cPanel, Inc. and include the IP address your browser is connecting from (not the server IP address) and reference this thread. That will allow me to compile all of this information to send off to our admins.

If you don't know your PC's IP address, you can retrieve this information by visiting a website such as: www.WhatIsMyIP.com

Additionally if the support issue is urgent, send a separate email to Support & Customer Service | cPanel, Inc. with pertinent information regarding the issue you are experiencing and we can forward that into our ticket system.
