    I put in a ticket yesterday and I havent gotten a response yet a day later, I went to go update it now I get this message

    Please make sure you have entered the correct URL!


    So what now?

    I submitted a support ticket on the addon scripts today and the ticket system appears to be working fine.

    Possible cached page in your browser ?

    I submitted a bug report over a month ago and they still have not looked at it.

    Doubt its a browser problem. I have my own Cpanel licenses so I can log into a support area, I can see the ticket but I cant view it, says unauthorized. I opened a second ticket yesterday about it but no response given to that one either :eek:
