We'd like to invite all third party theme developers to join our Theme Development mailing list. This list will be used to provide information about our API2 interface for cPanel, as well as for discussion on API2 and Theme Development. This extensible API allows third party developers to interact with cPanel fully and easily. Please register soon as information will start flowing at the end of December 2006.

Thank God,

I was about to code my own API when I read this.
That saved me hours of coding.

The question of the day will be : What's the ETA?

Can you guys fill me in with what the API is all about and what we can do with it?
I originally plan on abstracting all the cPanel functions so that I can call them from within PHP.
Is this even remotely what you guys have in the pipeline?

This is html based, however all the functions are already available with embeded perl

<perl [path to script]> instead a cpanel.html file will run the perl script inside of cpanel's embeded perl and make all functions available.
