We'd like to invite all third party theme developers to join our Theme Development mailing list. This list will be used to provide information about our API2 interface for cPanel, as well as for discussion on API2 and Theme Development. I originally plan on abstracting all the cPanel functions so that I can call them from within PHP.

This is html based, however all the functions are already available with embeded perl

<perl [path to script]> instead a cpanel.html file will run the perl script inside of cpanel's embeded perl and make all functions available.
