Cpanel theme folder

    Hello

    I want to create a cpanel theme for my company but when i download the theme ball from manager all it does when i try to unzip is give errors so i cloned a theme and i want to find the path so i can just download the folder and create it and re upload but i cannot find the path to the themes

    What error do you get when unzipping? Make sure you rename it to have the extention .tar.gz.
    I'm thinking maybe the errors were about the sym links? Because a lot of the images or pages are actually just sym/shortcuts to another themes files. This won't affect your ability to edit the files etc and still work when you reupload it -- it just couldn't find the orginal path to those files on your system. Here are the paths below:

    cPanel theme paths:
    /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend


    WHM theme paths:
    /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/themes
