CPanel Theme Variables

I am updating a theme, and want to include the customer's email address that is entered into CPanel, into a form field automatically. I know CPanel has its own code, API, or whatever. Someone published a list on this forum at one time with all of the variables that CPanel uses. I cannot find it with the search function.

Can someone help me out here?

&cpanel CustInfo=&getemail()&&
