cPanel Ticket sistem

    Is it just us or are you also having dificulties in opening a support ticket in cpanel?

    We get asked to give a suport access number, but there is no field were to put it!

    What browser are you using?. I see alot of weird stuff with Opera and sometimes Firefox.

    Hi all,

    I know this is an old post, but rather than open a new thread, I thought I'd bump this one up.

    We seem to be having this issue at present.

    We cannot see the access ID field.

    We have tried:

    Firefox 3.0.10
    IE 8
    Opera 9.64
    Safari 4

    But still the same issue is visible.

    Does anyone have any ideas on how to get around/fix this up?

    If anyone else encounters this issue, drop us an email to cs@cpanel.net so we can further investigate.

    Additionally, send a separate email to cs@cpanel.net with the issue you were submitting a ticket for so we can have that issue addressed as well.
