I'm having a serious RPM problem it seems like it got corrupt or something, I get this output when doing several commands like /scripts/rpmup or /easyapache:
rpmdb: /var/lib/rpm/Packages: Invalid hash meta page 0
error: cannot open Packages index using db3 - Invalid argument (22)
error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm
rpm: error while loading shared libraries: libm.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/perl: error while loading shared libraries: libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

anyway, I'm trying to open a support ticket but when I click here in cpanel.net the page hangs and I cannot reach the ticket creation page! can anyone help me or advise?

    Thanks
    Shneur

Are you still experiencing ticket system issues? If so, please email sales@cpanel.net with ATTN: DavidG with details on how to re-create this error, the exact error message you are encountering and other pertinent information you feel is relevant so we can figure out what is causing this malfunction. Things seem to be working fine from my end, but it doesn't hurt for us to check into these things for you :).

The errors below are commonly caused by a corrupt rpm database.

rpmdb: /var/lib/rpm/Packages: Invalid hash meta page 0
error: cannot open Packages index using db3 - Invalid argument (22)
error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm

You can run the commands below to rebuild the database.

    Code:
    rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__*
    chattr -R -i /var/lib/rpm
    rpm --rebuilddb

The remaining 2 library errors could possible be causing this as it appears that there are a few corrupted or missing libraries. You may want to discuss this issue with your datacenter or noc to ensure all libraries are installed and built properly for this server.
