I just migrated all my data from my old cpanel server to my new one; but when I log into any of the accounts and click on addon domain, the list is empty.

It did actually copy the physical directories over, with all the data, but in addon domains it just says "No addon domains are configured.".

And if I try adding them again manually, it just says "error from domain wrapper domain.tld is owned by another user".

    How can I recover these?

    Hello :)

It's difficult to determine the exact reason without access to the server. Could you open a support ticket so we can check why the addon domain names did not migrate?

    Thank you.

This was discovered to be a bug related to transferring/packaging accounts with addon domain names being a lower-level domain name of the primary domain name. EX:

    Primary Domain: store.mysite.com
    Addon Created: mysite.com

Case number 52792 is open to address this issue.

    Thank you.
