Hi for transferring a website to another server

do we first do

step 1 ) goto WHM << account function << create an account

and then do transfer of account via

step 2) WHM << migrate account with user name and password



OR

do we just directly do step 2

You would proceed directly to the transfer options in Web Host Manager. It's not necessary to create the account first.

what is command to delete


also it the account is there in another server with a different username what do we do

If it's the same account name then yes you should delete it from the new server first before transferring it from the old server.
WHM => Account Functions => Terminate an Account will help with that.

But i get follwoing error":

Normally there is a reference to a specific path after "program" in the warning message you referenced. Was that the full error that you noticed? Also, is the account functioning as expected? It looks like the restore completed successfully beyond the warning message you noticed.

during cpanel restoration do even the subdomains and their databases be automatically restored.
