    Hi All

    I am trying to move from one server to another, both on cpanel.

    I am using the multiple account transfer function, ssh check works fine but when i try to list the accounts I am getting the following error:

    Basic credential check... Done
    Account List from oldservername

    Fetching Domain Information... Done
    Detected WHM 11.29.126+

    Fetching Package Information...
    Command failed with exit status 2

    Trace Output

    Command failed with exit status 2

    root@oldserverip's password:
    ==sshcontroloutput==
    stdin: is not a tty

    sshcommandfailed=2

    Any ideas please ?

    Thanks

    There are many reasons for it.
    1. Check if direct root login is enabled.
    2. SSH port number is other than the default one 22.
    3. Check the firewall. It might be blocking the connection.
    4. See to it that SSH access is allowed to other server in /etc/hosts.allow.

    This is a known defect in the migrations scripts, reported to our developers in case ID # 61547. Please run these commands from the shell as root on the server you are copying the accounts from (e.g,, the DirectAdmin server), then try copying the account again:

    Code:
    # touch /scripts/packages
    # chmod 700 /scripts/packages
    # mkdir -p /var/cpanel/packages
    # echo 'FEATURELIST=unsupported' > /var/cpanel/packages/unsupported

    If that does not help, please open a ticket on our helpdesk.

    Thanks!
