    Hello,

    Has the entire message been posted as I do not see an md5 error in the provided details of the error message. I only see the following error so far:

    Please post the full error message you received when the account failed to transfer.

    Thanks!

    The remote server didn't report a correct md5sum of the archive. Please ensure you selected the correct type of remote server.

    Do you have root SSH access to the machine where you are trying the packaging? If so, please run the following in root SSH on the machine:

    Code:
    /scripts/perlinstaller Getopt::Long
    If you do not have that access, please contact your hosting provider about this issue.

    Please submit a ticket if you have root SSH access to the destination machine. The forums would not be used for emergencies, since we cannot guarantee a response. You can submit a ticket using WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel

    Also, going forward, please indicate where in WHM you are trying to perform the transfer or whether this is via command line. We aren't being given enough details to be entirely certain.

    Thanks!

    The problem appear when you have outdated Getopt::Long perl module installed on the server.
    For example i had /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/Getopt/Long.pm installed by cpanel and /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/Getopt/Long.pm installed by perl-5.8.8-38.el5 rpm.

    The workaround is to use make sure you are using the same perl binary and reinstall outdated perl modules. DON'T RUN commands below if you unsure what are you doing.

    ln -fs /usr/bin/perl /usr/local/bin/perl
    /scripts/checkperlmodules
