Problem: Using WHM function "Upgrade to latest version" from version 11.48.3.0 to latest version 11.48.4.2 fails.

Error logs states the problem is "FATAL: No md5 data for cpanel-perl-514-libnet-1.25-3.cp1146.x86_64.rpm"

Current setup: CENTOS 6.6 x86_64 standard – saturn WHM 11.48.3 (build 0)

It looks like the missing file is now available on the mirror you referenced (the issue was reported with internal case number 186869). Could you verify if the issue persists?
