I updated cPanel last night and it removed all the www. in the ServerAlias of every domain in httpd.conf So now I have ServerName domain.com and ServerAlias domain.com instead www.domain.com

I have 6,500 different accounts on this server so you can see how this would be a huge problem for me. Is there anyway to get them back properly? I know /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf supposedly rebuilds the file but as far as I know it leaves out add-on and parked domains.

Can someone PLEASE help me with this?

    Thanks.

/scripts/rebuildhttpdconf will rebuild the complete httpd.conf including addon and parked domains. I recommend running this to see if it gets built properly. If the corruption continues, check the userdata in /var/cpanel/userdata/username/ and be sure all the userdata is setup properly for both domain.com and www.domain.com
