Hello,
About 2 days ago, I noticed that my daily cPanel update and backup emails were being delivered at times differently than before. Checking iotop, it looks like the `rpm -vV` command is moving very slowly:
19.78K! When I run `ioping`, I usually get fine throughput and low latency. However, running some other programs take a long time to load (even `man`).
Any ideas what I can look at to figure out why suddenly my I/O performance has gotten hosed? My webpages seem to load fine still, so I'm not seeing a performance hit there, which is also strange. My VPS host has said everything looks good on the node.
Thanks,
- Taj
