cPanel update error + AlmaLinux 8

Hi guys,

i found out a problem with cpanel, trying to access EasyApache 4 in WHM isn't working "Loading profiles.."



then trying to update the OS and cPanel, I'm getting the error below..



anyone face same problems?

this a cpanel solo where I have a whmcs instance, but I have a second server where I have whm/cpanel production one, i get same problems :-s

This "looks" like a DNS or firewall issue. The server either can't get to or can't resolve mirrors.almalinux.org.

What at @ffeingol said - if you try and ping "mirros.almalinux.org" are you able to connect? I'm guessing you wouldn't be able to based on the error you provided. If so, you could try a traceroute to see where the connection drops to see if it is on your network or something external that your host could help with.
