cPanel update failed unable to retreive tier version info

    Received the following email last night:

    [2016-05-16 01:58:02 -0700] Detected version '11.56.0.14' from version file.
    [2016-05-16 01:58:02 -0700] Running version '11.56.0.14' of updatenow.
    [2016-05-16 01:58:02 -0700] Using mirror '184.168.47.225' for host 'httpupdate.cpanel.net'.
    [2016-05-16 01:58:16 -0700] ***** FATAL: Unable to retrieve tier version info: Signature verification failed for URL 'http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/TIERS'.     What does it mean exactly?
