/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp was running as pid '12370' for longer than 6 hours. cPanel will kill this process and run a new upcp in its place.

    Hi,

Is this something to be concerned about or should I leave it to sort itself out? my server guy is away for a few days and as it goes, these things do not occur when the techs are available.

    Hello,

You can find the cPanel update logs in the following directory:

    /var/cpanel/updatelogs/

Review the most recent update log (or the one before it) to see which part it was unable to proceed past.

    Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

I am unable to run commands and see this info as my server technician is away.

Feel free to update us with the outcome once you are able to obtain root access via SSH and take a closer look. You should not experience any issues in the meantime if the update completed successfully on the second attempt.

    Thank you.

/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp was running as pid '13593' for longer than 6 hours. cPanel will kill this process and run a new upcp in its place.
