After seeing cPanel & WHM 11.32, I wanted to get to the latest version (after trying the demo) so I decided to run upcp --force, expecting it to pick up the latest version, after finishing the update. I'm still stuck with the version I didn't expect.

Anyone can help me on this? or does it take time for it to roll out?

Hello :)

cPanel 11.32 is currently only available on the Current and Edge release tiers. You can find more information on the release tiers at:

Release Tiers

You can modify the release tier configured at:

"WHM >> Server Configuration >> Update Preferences"

Thank you.

It should move to that tier soon, but we cannot provide an exact time estimates for when that occurs, since any possible date mentioned could be changed due to quality assurance control and testing for existing cases. We consider it most important to ensure all potential issues are corrected prior to pushing into the most used production tier. RELEASE is the tier used for the newest cPanel installations by default.
